System benefits
- Adjustable operating volume with surface sensor.
- Adjustable compressed-air blast using a proportional valve. The amount of compressed air used is very small compared to normal air-blast defrosting.
- All operating parameters can be adjusted from the control panel, and the water amount and temperature can be monitored from the graphical chart.
- Option to use circulating water with a dedicated ozone water tank system.
- Easy cleaning of the blast arches via the washing system makes operation easier for staff, saves time, and ensures hygiene levels are maintained.
